How Our Process Works
Process

The best plans aren't created in isolation. They're built through thoughtful conversations, meaningful participation, and a clear understanding of where an organization is today and where it wants to go.
At Bridge & Bloom Consulting, I tailor each engagement to the people, goals, and circumstances of your organization. Whether we're facilitating a single retreat or working together through a larger planning process, you'll have a clear path from our first conversation to a finished product you can actually use.
Thoughtful Process. Practical Results.

1. Connect
Let's start with a conversation. We'll talk about what you're working on, what you're hoping to accomplish, and where you're experiencing challenges. This is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and determine whether my approach is a good fit for your organization.
2. Understand
Before we plan the work, we understand the context. Every organization is different. I'll learn about your people, your priorities, your community, and the circumstances surrounding your project. Depending on the engagement, this might include reviewing existing plans and data, talking with key stakeholders, or gathering input from your team.
3. Design
Build a process that fits your organization. Together, we'll determine what the planning or facilitation process needs to look like. I'll develop a customized scope of work, timeline, and approach designed around your goals, capacity, and desired outcomes.
4. Engage
Bring people into the process. This is where the work comes to life. Through facilitated conversations, workshops, retreats, interviews, surveys, or other engagement strategies, we create opportunities for people to contribute their perspectives, build shared understanding, and shape the direction of the work.
5. Delivery
Finalize the strategy and move forward. In this final phase, I synthesize everything we've learned to create a clear, actionable plan or report. You'll receive a final product that reflects the collective input of your team and provides a practical roadmap for achieving your organization's mission.
