With years of experience working with communities and organizations across Montana, I've seen firsthand the value of bringing people together to create a shared vision, and also the frustration that can follow when a beautifully facilitated strategic planning process ends with a document that sits on the shelf. Too often, organizations invest significant time and energy developing plans without having the pratical tools to turn those plans into action. I started Bridge and Bloom Consultingto help close the gap. My expertise in strategic planning, facilitation, community engagement, data-informed planning, and organiztional improvement allows me to design processes that go beyond producing a plan. I help organizations build shared understanding, identify meaningful priortities, and create pratical strategies that can carry people forward together.
